Wake Forest Baptist is one of two NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in North Carolina. Its thoracic oncology program offers multimodal mesothelioma treatment — pleurectomy/decortication (P/D), chemotherapy, radiation, and clinical trials. Major regional referral center for the Carolinas, Virginia, and West Virginia mesothelioma patients.
